Cloud & DevOps Engineering

Production-ready cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and cost optimisation for growing teams.

About this service

Cloud infrastructure done well is invisible. Deploys take one minute, rollbacks take sixty seconds, secrets are never in source code, observability shows you what is happening in production at a glance, and the engineer woken at 3am can find the broken service in five minutes. Most setups we audit fail at least three of those tests.

Megatrust Technologies designs, builds, and runs cloud infrastructure that scales without surprise bills, with full coverage of AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, plus the modern stack of Terraform, Pulumi, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Datadog, Grafana, and Prometheus. The work breaks into a few common engagements. The first is the greenfield cloud build, where a new product needs production-ready infrastructure from day one.

We design the architecture, write the Terraform, set up CI/CD, provision observability, configure secret management, and document the lot in a written runbook your team will actually read. The product launches on infrastructure that is correct from the start, not retrofitted six months in when the first scaling crisis arrives. The second is the migration.

Companies move from legacy hosting, single-server WordPress setups, or first-generation cloud architectures to modern, IaC-driven setups all the time. We plan the migration in phases, run it with zero or near-zero downtime, and leave you with a fully reproducible environment that any engineer can spin up in minutes. The third is the cost audit.

Most cloud bills carry 20 to 40 percent waste from oversized instances, idle resources, untagged snapshots, expensive storage tiers, missing reserved or spot capacity, and forgotten test environments. A focused audit usually pays for itself within the first month of savings, and the same audit produces a list of risk findings we hand to our security team for follow-up. The fourth is ongoing SRE.

Once infrastructure is solid, the work becomes incident response, capacity planning, performance optimisation, and shipping new infrastructure features as your product engineering team ships new product features. Many of our clients run our DevOps engineers as fractional members of their team, joining standups and weekly planning so infrastructure does not lag behind product. We are deliberate about not over-engineering.

Kubernetes is excellent at scale but adds operational complexity, so we move teams onto it only when the pain of not having it exceeds the pain of running it. Most early-stage products ship faster on managed platforms like Vercel, Render, Fly.io, AWS App Runner, or ECS Fargate. We tell clients clearly when they are reaching for technology they do not yet need, because boring infrastructure ships products faster than clever infrastructure.

Observability is not optional. Every system we ship has structured logs, metrics, distributed tracing, alerting routed to a working on-call rotation, and dashboards covering the four golden signals of latency, traffic, errors, and saturation. When incidents happen, the post-mortem feeds back into the architecture so the same class of failure does not recur.

For workloads that depend heavily on data, we partner with our data team on warehouse infrastructure, query performance, and pipeline reliability so reporting, BI, and analytics workloads do not contend with production traffic. By the end of any engagement you have infrastructure your team can operate confidently, with documented runbooks and the ability to walk away from us without losing capability.

How we work

Our process

01

Cloud audit

We review your current setup and produce a written list of what is wasting money, what is risky, and what is missing.

02

Design and migrate

We design the target architecture, then migrate workloads in phases with zero or near-zero downtime.

03

Automate

Everything goes into Terraform. CI/CD, deploys, secrets, monitoring. Repeatable in minutes, not days.

04

Hand off

We document everything and train your engineers. After 30 days, optional retainers cover monitoring and improvements.
