What is the minimum ad spend you work with?
We work with monthly ad budgets starting at ₦500,000 across channels, with our management fee separate. Below this threshold it is difficult to generate the volume of data needed to optimise campaigns meaningfully. For clients with smaller budgets, we recommend focusing on one channel and one campaign type initially — usually branded search — to prove the model before scaling investment.
How do you report on campaign performance?
Every client gets a live dashboard — typically built in Looker Studio — connected directly to your ad accounts, GA4, and CRM. You can check performance any time without waiting for a report. We also send a structured monthly review with commentary on what worked, what did not, key insights, and the plan for the next 30 days. Quarterly strategy reviews assess progress against annual targets and re-prioritise channel mix if needed.
How long does it take to see results from digital marketing?
Paid channels (Google Ads, Meta) can generate leads within the first week of launch, but the first 30–60 days are primarily a learning phase where the algorithms gather data and we optimise targeting and creative. Meaningful performance trends are typically visible by week 8. Organic and content-driven efforts (SEO, email nurturing) have longer payback periods — usually 4–6 months — but deliver more durable, lower-cost results over time.
Do you create the ad creative or just manage the campaigns?
We handle both. Our team produces ad copy, static image assets, and short-form video scripts. For brands with strong visual identity guidelines, we work within them. For brands that need creative built from scratch, we run a creative sprint to develop multiple concepts, test them against each other, and double down on what converts. Creative quality is the single biggest lever in paid social performance — we treat it as a strategic asset, not an afterthought.
