Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to anyone who accesses the Megatrust Technologies Limited website, opens an account on our platform, uses our managed cloud / DevOps environments, or sends email / SMS / WhatsApp through our broadcast tools.
1. Prohibited content
You may not use our services to upload, host, send, or distribute content that is:
- illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringing of any third-party right;
- malware, ransomware, phishing kits, exploit code, credential stealers, or any other tool designed to harm a system or person;
- unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or WhatsApp (i.e., spam) — we enforce strict consent requirements for every campaign;
- discriminatory, harassing, or hateful;
- related to the sexual exploitation of minors (CSAM) — we report and ban immediately;
- fraudulent, including invoice fraud, fake-merchant operations, or money-laundering channels.
2. Prohibited activity
- Probing, scanning, or attempting to breach the security of any system, network, or account other than your own.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from our platform, except to the extent permitted by law.
- Attempting to bypass rate limits, abuse free-tier offers, or share access credentials beyond your licensed seats.
- Using our infrastructure to host crypto-mining, peer-to-peer networks, or any other workload that interferes with other tenants' performance.
- Using our AI proposal / content generation features to produce disinformation, defamatory material, or content that infringes third-party IP.
3. Email & SMS sending
Our broadcast tools require evidence of consent for every recipient on every list. Manual lists, contact-form audiences, and tagged segments must comply with the GDPR / NDPA / TCPA (where applicable). We honour bounces, complaints, and unsubscribes via SES + SNS in real time and add suppressed addresses to a global suppression list. Repeat violators of sending policy will be permanently banned without refund.
4. Reporting abuse
If you believe content hosted by Megatrust or sent via our infrastructure violates this AUP, report it to [email protected]. We investigate within 24 hours.
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to suspend or terminate any account, remove any content, and (where required by law) report violations to law enforcement.
